I’m Elizabeth Nash,
a Swiss-trained, Canadian born Strategic Life Coach and founder of Coach for Equality.
I use coaching as a tool to strengthen and restore confidence, build motivation, and foster empowerment in order to explore professional and personal opportunities.
My Approach
My coaching approach is designed to help you bring clarity to a situation, uncover your strengths and resources, and help you overcome obstacles and deal with uncertainty so that you are empowered to take action.
As a coach, I help you build autonomous self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth as you experience life and career transitions. I work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities and support them to set and achieve goals for a more fulfilling and balanced life, at home, at work, and abroad.
Coaching can:
Build autonomous self-confidence
Identify new opportunities and motivation
Strengthen leadership and enhance relationships
Foster belonging in new environments
Support employment changes, promotions, new jobs, or career transitions
Improve wellness and wellbeing
The Coach for Equality Experience

Your coaching sessions can be scheduled:
in person or online, and across all time zones.
As your Coach,
my goal is:
to help you raise self- awareness, make strategic decisions & implement actions.

At Coach for Equality, coaching is about people’s potential; finding it and fostering it, so that we become better individuals, colleagues, team members, bosses, family members, friends, and partners.
Take the first step
In order to better understand your coaching needs, we start with a free 30 minute chat (online or in person). I will answer any questions about coaching and explain my process, fees, and how we coordinate sessions.
Coaching Individuals
After our initial conversation, we will create a customised package that arranges sessions to set, explore, and achieve your goals, hold you accountable, and support you to stay motivated.
Coaching Organizations
After our initial conversation, I will meet with management and interested staff members to identify a shared coaching objective that will guide sessions while respecting confidentiality.
